WeShift Institute

The WeShift Institute is an immersive 5-month awareness-based social change program, designed to foster the inner movement from me to We. This first-of-its-kind program is for mindfulness practitioners committed to growing awareness, building connectedness, and creating positive change.

If we are to address the urgent poly-crises of our times, we need to shift our focus from me to We, and activate and unleash our potential to co-create cultures of care, connection, and wellbeing.

This journey changes the way we relate with change and approach change-making, freeing us to respond to the daunting challenges of our times in new ways. Join us in daring greatly and igniting the possible.

Mindful Pages

Mindful Activism

Each month, The Mindfulness Alliance will align with the international contemplative group, the Labyrinth Activist Network, to meditate on a specific intention. Research has shown that group intention holds power in furthering social change. Mindful intentions are also a way to support ourselves and others for a more inclusive, just, and compassionate society!

For the month of September, we focus on the following intention: “I am peace.” We encourage you to incorporate this quiet activism into your personal meditation practice by calming your mind, then repeating the intention to yourself. As you feel the emotion of this intention, gently ask yourself how you may bring peace to your relationships and beyond.
