Labyrinth Walks
The Mindfulness Alliance offers periodic in-person labyrinth walks at various locations in Western New York, led by certified labyrinth facilitator and TMA Founding Member Mitchell Alegre. New and longtime meditation practitioners alike are welcome to join us for labyrinth walks.
The labyrinth is an ancient contemplative tool. Following its single winding path leads us to the center of our intuitive self.
Next Labyrinth Walk:
World Labyrinth Day! Every year on the first Saturday in May, thousands of people around the world participate in World Labyrinth Day as a moving meditation for world peace and shared appreciation of the labyrinth experience. Stay tuned for our next walk!
The walk is usually held at the outdoor labyrinth on the front lawn of Curtis Hall, on Daemen University’s Campus 4380 Main St, Amherst, NY 14226, from 1:00 – 3:00pm.
